Reasons for our terms and conditions:
Music surprises and delights. Melodious, well-played sounds keep people in the environment in which they are heard.
The attraction that music exerts on men and women and its effects on the senses and feelings have not gone unnoticed by those who use it as a means to leverage their business. The magnetism that art exerts explains the wide use of the professional service of musicians by the companies that want to attract and maintain the public in their enclosures. It is a widespread practice to hire musicians to perform their skills in restaurants, bars, malls and similar establishments.
It occurs sometimes that musicians are not always adequately remunerated and, generally, for lack of control mechanisms, are forced to trust the word of those who hired them in relation to the payment of the service performed. Therefore, Live Solos UK aims to represent the rights of musicians and ensure minimum conditions of well-being during their stay in the establishment that contracted our services. As such, our terms and conditions include that the following is provided by the Client as part of our agreement:
a) a warm and healthful environment to play
b) good quality basic food/sustenance supplied plus non-alcoholic drinks to dignify the work of the musician per three-hour session contracted
c) ten-minute breaks for approximately every hour of work
d) adequate seating for each aforementioned break, lastly but not least
e) swift payment of invoice
These are the terms and conditions by which our services are provided and by accepting our services you agree to act in good will and in accordance with them.
